How to achieve this?
Drink at least 14 glasses of water per day. Some of this can be substantiated with coconut water. The more the water content increases in the body, the more fat content will reduce.
Check the labels of all packaged foods and avoid drinking calories like coffee, alcohol, cold drinks and milk tea. Ideal calorie consumption should be around 1800 calories. Try to get more protein as the digestive system works harder to break a protein, and you will feel fuller. Example: boiled chicken. But don’t avoid carbs fully. Complex carbs are better than normal carbs. An example of complex carbs would be green vegetables. Walk at least 5000 steps per day, ideally around 10000. It is a gradual process. Won’t happen in a few days or weeks.
