Thriving US Economy Faces a Major Hurdle

The economy of the United States is currently experiencing steady and robust growth; however, it is hindered by a significant challenge in the housing sector.

Mortgage rates have been on the rise, which is impacting the overall consumption patterns of American citizens. Higher mortgage rates mean that potential homebuyers face increased monthly payments, making home ownership less affordable.
