What do you think of this verse “Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? Thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?” Romans‬ 2:21‬

Romans 2:21 is a powerful verse that speaks to the importance of practicing what we preach. It reminds us that if we are going to teach others about the importance of living a certain way, we must first be willing to live that way ourselves.

This verse is particularly relevant in our modern world, where there is often a gap between what people say and what they do. For example, we may hear politicians talk about the importance of honesty and integrity, only to later learn that they have engaged in corrupt practices behind the scenes.

The verse also speaks to the importance of being honest with ourselves. It is easy to criticize others and point out their faults, but it is much harder to look at our own lives and acknowledge our own shortcomings. This verse reminds us that if we are going to hold others to a certain standard, we must first be willing to hold ourselves to that same standard.

At the same time, it is important to remember that we are all human and that we all make mistakes. None of us are perfect, and we all have areas where we struggle. The verse does not call for perfection, but rather for honesty and integrity in our words and actions.
